It’s Monday! What are you reading? is hosted by Kathryn at the http://bookdate.blogspot.com/. This is a place where you can talk about what you have read and what you are about to read.
This past week was pretty busy for me as I started working again and getting home late so I wasn’t able to read as much during the week but I was able to finish 4 books this weekend. College also starts again on Wednesday so I will be busy getting ready for that but I have a couple of days off this week so i am hoping to get some reading done on the days that I am off.
What I read last week:
I wasn’t sure about this one at first but I am very glad that I decided to finish this book and will definitely be finishing the rest of this series. (4 stars)
I really enjoyed this manga and am looking forward to continuing this series. (5 stars)
This was definitely not what I usually read but I’ve had it on my shelf for a couple of years and thought I would give it a try. I would recommend it if you enjoy historical fiction though. (3 stars)
I didn’t like the main character in this one as much as I did in Red queen but this book was still pretty good. (4 stars)
What I am currently reading:
I am really looking forward to this one as it will finish up another series for me which I am very excited about. I am hoping to have this one done by tomorrow.
This is another series that i have decided to pick up again and am really looking forward to it.
I’ve had this one on my shelf for a while now and decided that i needed to get it from the library for this month. I am hoping to have it finished by tomorrow.

Posts from last week:
With college starting again I am not sure how much reading i will be able to do but I am hoping to get a couple of books finished. I am also hoping to have a couple more reviews up by the end of the week.
What are you planning on reading?
4 books in one weekend is AWESOME! I wish I could do that 😉
I love Historical Fiction, and I really want to get around to reading The Miniaturist. It’s been popping up a lot lately… So I think that’s a sign I should read it soon.
What’s historical about it? Is the writing like old fashioned?? (Lol I’m not sure how else to word that.) Or is it just a historical setting, etc?

Hi Megan, The miniaturist had a historical setting. I believe it was set in the late 1600s. The mystery part of it was okay but I did love the historical part of it. 🙂

What a marathon of reading. How lovely! The Tiger’s Quest looks good and I was happy to find out I had the first book on my TBR. My girls used to watch the Fairy Tale anime. We loved Maid-Sama and Ouran High School.

Thanks, I didn’t enjoy Tiger’s quest quite as much as Tiger’s curse but I will continue the series to see what happens in Tiger’s voyage. I haven’t watched Fairy Tail yet but I have it on my list of shows to watch along with Maid-Sama an Ouran high school which I am also looking forward to. I hope you enjoy Tiger’s quest. 🙂
