It’s Monday! What are you reading? is hosted by Kathryn at the bookdate. This is a great place to share what you have read during the week, what you are currently reading and what you are about to read. It is also a great place to organize your posts.

This past week was very busy as I had a lot of homework at the beginning of the week due and I have a couple of tests tomorrow that i have been studying for all weekend. I did get a couple of books finished though and I made some progress with some books that i have been working on.
What I read last week:

I didn’t enjoy this one as much as i did The Giver but it was still pretty good. I’m hoping to continue this quartet at some point.

I’ve had this book on my shelf for a long time and thought i would give it a try again in August. i didn’t get to it last month though but I was able to finish it over the weekend and it was better than I thought it would be. I am planning to read the second book at some point either this year or next year.

 

Currently reading:

I have been trying to get into this book but haven’t been able to because I have been so busy lately. I am almost halfway through and am planning on finishing it at some point this week hopefully.

I’ve been working on this book slowly as I haven’t had much time to sit down and read it but it is very interesting and I am hoping to finish it soon.

I saw this on my Overdrive account and decided to read it this month. It is very good so far and i am hoping to have it finished soon. It will also work for a few challenges on http://www.Goodreads.com

Up Next:

This is one book that i have been trying to read for a while and I am hoping to have it finished by the end of the weekend so i can return it to the library.

I’ve had this one on my shelf for a couple of years now and decided that i would try to read it this month. I am also hoping to have it finished soon.

So this is what I have planned for the week. I have a couple of tests that I have to study for and some homework for my class on Wednesday due so i am not sure how much reading I will get to do but I am hoping to finish a couple of books by the end of the weekend. I might also  have a couple of new posts to add to my schedule depending on how much homework i get done this week.
