Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme that was created by The broke and the bookish.
It has now been moved to that artsy reader girl,
This week’s Top Ten Tuesday is about books that have been on your shelf the longest. Last year I deleted a ton of books that I had on my shelf for a long time though there are still some that I am hoping to get to maybe this year hopefully.
- The Reece Malcolm list by Amy Spalding:
This was one of the first ones that I added to my shelf and has been there ever since. Every time I think about adding it to my library list it is usually checked out so it gets added to the next month. I’m hoping to read it over the summer this year though.
2. Wings of the wicked (#2) by Courtney Allison Moulton:
This is another one that keeps getting added to my list but then it is usually already checked out by the time that I start to add it to my shelf. I’m hoping to get to it this year at some point. Its a series that I definitely want to continue to read. though.
3. A brief chapter in my impossible life by Dana Reinhardt:
This is another one that I added a long time ago but haven’t gotten to yet.
4. The Darlings are forever (#1) by Melissa Kantor:
This is another one that I am hoping to read this year but it may be a while before I can get to it
5. Don’t stop now by Julie Halpern:
This was another contemporary romance novel that I added but haven’t gotten to yet.
6. The sweet life of Stella Madison by
This is another contemporary that I added and haven’t read.
7. The Fall by Bethany Griffin:
This was one of the first horror novels that I added on my shelf and it sounds pretty good. I am hoping to get to it at some point this year.
8. Blackout (#1) by Robison Wells:
I’ve tried to get to this one a few times but it was always one of those books that I got to last and by the time that I got to it I had to take it back to the library. It sounds interesting so i am hoping to finish it some day.
9. Tiger’s voyage (#3) by Colleen Houck:
This is another one that i have been trying to read for over a year. I’m only about 60 pages in but I am hoping to get back to it eventually.
10. A storm of swords (#3) by George. R.R. Martin:
This is another one that i started late last year and have made only a little progress with. This year I am determined to finish this one even though it is one of the longest ones on my shelf.
So here is my list of books that have been on my shelf the longest.
Are there any books that you have read on this list? Are there any books that I should move to my TBR list?
